Meet Our Founder

Vikki Dorsey, MSOD, PCC

Vikki brings a unique combination of extensive corporate leadership experience and proven coaching expertise to every leadership development engagement. During her 20+ years in corporate America, she managed large business units, and held P&L responsibility,  giving her firsthand understanding of the real-world challenges business leaders face daily.

After transitioning to an internal consulting role where she discovered her passion for developing leaders, this California-based leadership consultant launched her independent practice over a decade ago. She's recognized for her engaging, personable approach and effectiveness in creating meaningful change.

Our commitment to leadership runs deep.

Based in Southern California, Vikki serves clients nationwide both virtually and on-site, bringing her practical, results-focused approach to organizations of all sizes across diverse industries.

Philanthropic Commitment

Vikki has served on the Executive Board of Pepperdine University's Center for Women in Leadership and serves on the Board of the Women Leaders Forum of the Coachella Valley, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting professional women, fostering their leadership development, and providing mentorship opportunities and scholarships for young women in the community, reflecting her ongoing passion for developing the next generation of business leaders.
